Tosco (Paulo Ferreira), natural de Lisboa, nasce em 1981.
A intervir no espaço urbano desde o final da década de 1990, quando sentiu necessidade de se exprimir de forma mais visível. É uma das figuras mais inovadoras do panorama do graffiti de linha gráfica, não convencional, em Portugal. O seu trabalho caracteriza-se pela sua enorme capacidade criativa.
É Pai, respeita os mais velhos, gosta de andar de bicicleta, de fazer caminhadas curtas e gosta também de pedras e plantas.
